Looking over my ratings I think an area of strength is a collaborator. For example, in class I use feedback to improve my learning, I share new ideas and build on thinking of my peers, and I value perspectives different from my own opinions. Looking over my ratings I think I can work on Communicating. One small thing that I can start doing to improve in this area is encouraging others to share their ideas more often.
