During several classes, my partner told me that she doesn’t like when cereal becomes wet. I felt that it would be interesting so after a discussion with my partner, Oliva, I  started making an invention that could solve the problem and could make a better lifestyle. First, I sketched my design and wrote down the specific height and width of it. This process helped me to develop my invention.

My biggest success was that I finally found a way that could solve the problem which was making two holes at two sides of a box and then creating two flat sticks to put cereals on. I believe that it was kind of creative and the biggest success.

My biggest obstacle was the size of the box. First I forgot to think about the size of the two holes and I made the box really small and the holes didn’t fit well.  Therefore, I think it was the biggest conflict during making the invention. However, I overcame it by changing the size of the box bigger and the size of two holes. It was a good experience to try.

I developed the skill of cutting the wood box clearly and I wouldn’t like to change any parts of my prototype because I feel satisfied with my invention. I think my work on this project is related to the real world. The reason is that I think that people can make it easier and it doesn’t demand a lot of costs so I believe that it can be related to the real world.
