My Favorite
A song I really like and is important to me is “Always I’ll Care” by Jeremy Zucker.
This song is important to me because it’s a song that’s about reassurance and how “I” would always care. It makes me feel like even at bad times there will always be somebody to watch over me and make me feel better.
Another part of the song is about getting better and it’s also m favorite line “I’ll be better than I was before”.
Overall this song motivates me and helps me feel better when I’m down.
The soft keyboard noise that companies the singer help me focus and calm down.

Reflection
The differences between my first drafts were that in my first draft my paragraphs were messed up, punctuation was wrong and some parts of my story were different tenses, In my first draft I also didn’t have a strong ending. My topic developed by giving a stronger point and being more evident. Some new punctation I used was using semicolons and commas, I didn’t use dashes though so I should add some next time. Some improvements I added to my conclusion was adding more paragraphs, reviewing more of the topic of the story, and making it more obvious to the reader that the narrative is over. I used a lot of descriptive language throughout the story and for different things, I also used a wide variety and tried to not repeat the same descriptive words over. Next time I would like to add more feel related descriptive words and use other words instead of said. I feel like my final draft was ok but after I handed it in I reread and noticed I made some careless mistakes so I was a bit disappointed about that.
Where I’m from
I am From Poem
By: Curtis
I am from my cozy bedroom,
From my soothing sheets on a freezing winter night,
To my computer in the desktop light.
I am from music,
From erupting, emotional EDMs,
To mellow music I listen to.
I am from time,
From the singing of songbirds so sweet it can melt anybody’s heart,
To the still silence of the night.
I am from cats,
From the soft feeling of fur,
To the reassuring meows when I’m down.
I am from Irene and Alex,
From the chillist family in the galaxy,
To the farthest apple from the tree.
I am from sports,
From past soccer and badminton,
To bashing, bouncing, basketball.
I am from family,
From my amazing, overprotective parents,
To different sides of a coin siblings.
I am from food,
From fabulous food in Japan,
To mom’s classical cooking.
I am from feelings,
From a ticking time bomb of emotions,
To happiness like rays of sunshine.
