I Am From Poem

My Life In a Poem

I am from family,

Loyal to the last.

Sometimes annoying,

But still family.

I am from siblings,

My sisters

Constantly pestering me.

I am from gaming,

Consoles, computers,

Bringing me joy.

I am from work,

Pencil on paper,

Scritch-scratching.

I dislike it, but I must.

I am from books,

Bound to a good book

Like a book to its spine.

I am from the internet,

It knows, it sees

And it hears everything.

I am from my studies,

Homework,

Tedious but useful.

I am from gluttony,

Eating food like

Pac-man eats pellets.

Why am I so skinny?

I am from friends,

Supporting me,

Arguing with me.

But I stay with them.

That’s human nature, after all,

Sticking to its pack, like wolves, or lions.
