Context is important in photography because it is the main purpose of a photo, you should be able to express somethings feelings from a photo from using context. Context sets the tone in a picture, and when focused on creating relevant and consistent visual would be benificial for using a photo to tell a story or for readers to understand better of what the prodcuer of the photo is trying to express. Photographers should be able to convey these things withought having to explain themselves to the viewer.
