The message of my triptych will be to appreciate the simplicity and charm of nature. Specifically, I will focus on capturing pictures of trees while emphasizing the element of the vertical line. The beauty of trees can be seen in the most common places like schools and streets we often go through. I want the audience to appreciate the simple essence of nature’s beauty when looking at my presentation. For inspiration, I will try to find a photographer who often captures photographs that highlight clear details of uncomplicated objects in nature (for example, the tree trunk), while focusing on the formal elements of vertical line, focus, tone, and texture. In my opinion, these photographs will encourage viewers to appreciate and embrace the quiet beauty in nature, which evokes a sense of serenity with simple and unassuming aspects of life.
