In my opinion, I think my main strength in English is my listening. (I’m pretty sure) I understand the speaker rather well most of the time. I think my weakest skill is speaking, especially when it comes to public speaking.

My goal this year is to improve my confidence when it comes to public speaking. As for other key skill sets, I’d like to become a more complex and advanced writer. Although I don’t like to do it, I think the only way I’d improve in public speaking is to do more public speaking. Same for writing (although I don’t despise it even half as much). I’m a bit closed-minded, and I don’t like to face my fears if I don’t have to – hence, doing more public speaking would be hard for me. I’d have to be practically forced in order to do more.
