Short Introduction

Last week, we were doing a study on Humanism. We focused on the beliefs and origin of Humanism and we wanted to explain what Humanists during the Renaissance believed. So, I made this infographic and also questioned myself: Am I a Humanist? The answer is “Yes, a 100% humanist.”

How much I agree with the beliefs of humanism

I totally agree with the beliefs of Individualism, Secularism, and Atheism because those beliefs changed people’s ideas and made society develop.  Before the start of humanism was the Dark Ages, when most people believed in Christianity. People were “brainless” and followed God without question. People do things to make God happy. The start of humanism changed the whole idea. The beliefs of humanism made people realistic and consider about the things around them. This brought new ideas to people and improved society which led to the Renaissance. Without those thoughts of humanism, I can say that there probably won’t be today’s society.
