During this unit, we created designs that could better make sure that food is not wasted because of minor problems that cause people to not like it. I invented a sandwich clipper for my partner Erica so that she would be able to eat and enjoy the sandwich more.

My biggest success was to make the prototype pretty stable and it held together so that it wouldn’t be demolished by the force of the sandwich when someone is eating it. Something that I learned about myself during the making process is that I am not the kind of person who works and makes things really neatly, so if I could do my design again, I would like to improve the neatness and some of the structure of the sandwich clipper.

Overall, I enjoyed making this design and am looking forward to creating more unique things!
