The story Lost in the Antarctic by Tod Olson described the journey of 28 man going to Antarctic. In the story, which was during World War 1, showed how hard it was to survive in Antarctic; Cold wasn’t the only thing to fear, no sunlight, and hunger can make people live no better than die. Although, through their unremitting effort no one died throughout the journey. However, the people waiting for them to come back thought this adventure was useless, including me, I also thought this adventure was just useless. They didn’t get any harvest, instead lots of supplies sunk down with the ship.

This is the notebook page me recording my notes when I was reading, I think this is a good page because this shows the scenes during the book and also showed I read the book.
this is the page of me wondering why they would go to Antarctic during war, this is a good page to show because it has the idea “is discovering Antarctic worth it or not”.
This is the part when I was getting more back round information about the story so I could understand it better, I think this is a good page to show because it allowed me as a reader to understand better.
This page showed the central idea and the theme of the book, I think this is a good page because first, central idea and theme can count as a summarize since it shows what the book is about. Second this page has a few evidence of why this central idea and theme is like this.
