This photo was taken by Neil Leifer. The image conveys the emotions of Mohamad Ali after his incredible first-round knockout to win the big 1965 World Heavyweight Title. Looking at this image but also other images, the person in the image is usually the primary focus but is also commonly placed around the middle of the shot. Along with that, if the person in the image has more of an intense or deep emotion, the camera commonly is closer, and for less intense images, it is farther away. I chose this image and others by Neil because it has a majority of great athletes but also great people throughout history during moments of greatness. These images convey tons of emotion and brings the viewer back to the glory days for different sports.
