Our video was on the French Revolution, we decided to split it up into two sections, one following a character named Bob, who somehow gets wound up in all the major events (plot convenience), and the other being more informational, filling in background information.
In the French Revolution, the revolutionaries overthrew the corrupt, out of touch monarchy with a new improved democracy which was eventually overtaken by radicals who then started to behead a lot of people, they were then overthrown again by another government which once again became corrupt. Eventually, a general named napoleon gained enough popularity to overthrow the government, but eventually power got to his head and basically did the same things the Monarchy did. In the end, the French Revolution, although making certain minor improvements, would overall be considered a fail as in the very end not much ended up improving.
