– Skills that I learned:
I learned how to cut cardboard smoothly and use a glue gun safe without burning myself(since I’ve experienced burning myself a lot of times throughout the process).
-One thing that I’d want to change:
One thing that I’d want to change is the appearance, I wasn’t doing it in progress most of the time, so it came out very roughly and plain.
-If I did this again, one thing I’ll do differently is:
I will be starting to write on cardboard before I glue them together since I did it after I glued them together this time, and it came out very hard to write on it or decorate it. Next time I’ll design the cardboard and the appearance first before I glued them together so I don’t need to have a hard time decorating and struggling with the appearance afterward.
Reflection:
I feel like the progress was tough but fun, although it wasn’t looking anything pretty, it is actually fun to play with. You put whatever kind of rubberband in the cardboard box and try to target the sticks. Although I’m not very happy with what it came out like, this is still a very good experience and I’ll definitely do it again. Next time I will try to use my time wisely so I don’t have to rush through the whole progress in order to finish it before the exhibition.
