In this project, the title is “Snapshots in Between.”
My photograph seeks to communicate the concept that the simple terms, in-between moments found in regular urban life—those which are frequently overlooked—can reveal emotional truth, cultural details, and profound beauty. I attempt to capture genuine, layered scenes that convey the individuality and universality of the human experience, drawing inspiration from Jonathan Jasberg’s ability to spot significant events in everyday life. Like they were seeing the neglected aspects of their own lives through an alternate point of view, I want my audience to experience a sense of reflection and emotional connection. I aim to employ my project as an indicator of the fact that it is always an important thing happening, even in the most ordinary and familiar circumstances.
