While creating this video, my goal was to help others understand how big of a problem the healthcare system is in the U.S. and how many people expensive healthcare really effects. My video takes a small injury, a fractured leg, and had people guess how much it would cost without health insurance. Most said $100-$1000, which is much lower than the price. This small injury costing so much really puts in perspective how expensive more complex tests and providers are. I hope my video has shocked people and helped them understand how this current system makes so many American lives so hard.
