Elements represented: Line/Shape

Worked: The photo is split into half with a clear line, with different colors on each side.

Elements represented: Shape

Work: Just like the example there is a rectangular shape in the top right corner, with a clear white background. It might not be so clear but I think it clearly shows the characteristics of example 2.

Work: The shapes in the example and photo both have a similar pattern.

Elements represented: Line/Shape/Pattern

Work: Although the colors are not evenly in order, we could see the pattern of gray and other colors.

Elements represented: Line/Shape/Texture

Work: Although there are other shapes and pattern in the photo, we could see the lines between the white areas. I think that the particular texture makes it even more interesting to look at.

Elements represented: Shape/Focus

Work: In my opinion, this is the photo that best matches the example. The photo has a clear background which enables the viewers to concentrate on the center point and also gives the viewers a direct visual impact.

Elements represented: Line/Pattern

Work: This photo was taken using motion blur, although the lines are not really clear the viewers can clearly see the patterns and lines.

Elements represented: Pattern/Shape

Work: Although the shapes might be too compact, the photo has clear circular shapes that form a pattern.

Elements represented: Line/Pattern

Work: The tiles are arranged in a pattern that reminds us of a grid, similar to the layout in the example. Their unique spacing and organization effectively convey the grid’s essence.

Elements represented: Line/Shape

Didn’t Work: This example also has a clear geometric quality with a particular angle, in this case the photo has a difference in angle and geometric quality. The two cylinder looking shapes at the right of the photo might be a major factor that makes the photo doesn’t work so well, but that is also the reason I made the background as blurry as possible and focused on to the side.

Elements represented: Line/Shape/Focus

Didn’t Work: The example has a clear geometric quality, and a particular angle that attracts the viewers, but the photo lacks detail and has a bit of difference in the angle.
