In this blog post, I’ll describe about one of the abstract photographers and the features of their photographs. First of all, I chose Uta Barth. There’s 3 main features in his abstract photographs. In his picture, the tone is usually quite dim and blurred looking like an impressionism artworks. From that reason, the people can notice that the photographer usually takes the picture in out focused way like  John Baldassari’s “WORNG” picture. Moreover, judging from his photographs, I think he focuses a lot in the use of curved lines more than just vertical-or horizontal-lines. However, he includes a vertical line to divide the scene, which is another way to expand the imagination of the viewers. There’s the pattern of curved lines and the rectangular shapes.   Since he Here is one of Uta Barth’s pictures. His named it as , but I want to name this picture “Wave” since the material’s movement and the tone makes this photo seems like  a white wave.
