Click the right arrow button, shown at ‘1’ below to get to the ‘info’ tab. Then your extension number is displayed on the screen; as shown by the arrow:
ISB has decided to apply a standardised email signature to all staff emails.
Here is what you need to know:
You will not see the signature in the body of your email as you compose, you can only see the signature via a Preview add-in or in your sent items.
The preview add-in allows you to see the signature that will be applied to your emails; it may take up to a day to be added to your Outlook.
Once added, you can preview the signature in Outlook MAC and PC by clicking on this button:
Which is on the new Message window.

Should your name or title need updating, please contact HR.
If your extension number is missing or incorrect, or you would like to add your Chinese name in hanzi to your signature, please go to https://reset.isb.cn, Click Sign in using: Dragon Account (or log in with your normal login details) and click Self Service:
Click the Edit button, add your information and click ‘Update’: 
Your signature will be updated after around 30 minutes.
After the ISB standard signature has been applied to your account, you need to delete or turn off any signatures you may have created:
PC Outlook:
MAC Outlook > Preferences> Signatures:
Web: In Outlook, click the Cog top right> find “Your app settings”, Click ‘Mail’, then on the left side under “Layout”, Click ‘Email signature’, ensure both boxes are unchecked:
You should also clear any signatures from your mobile devices.
This will ensure that your signatures don’t double up.
