If you want to change your password you must go to https://reset.isb.cn, and login with your account username and current password:
Click ‘Login’
Enter your old password and your newly chosen password twice and click ‘Change Password.’
Be sure that your password is at least 8 characters. You will see a confirmation pop up window:
Your password is now changed. Log out to finish, top right corner, click the head icon and then click ‘Sign Out’
If you forget your password, you must go to https://reset.isb.cn, and click ‘Forgot your Password?’.
Enter your Username and click ‘Continue’:
Your private email address will be displayed, click ‘Continue’:
You will receive an email from “no-reply@isbdragons.mail.onmicrosoft.com” with the subject “ISB ICT Office – Password Reset Confirmation” to your personal email address with a
Secure Link, click the link, you will see this this page open:
Enter your new password twice with at least 8 characters. It might take a minute or so after you click ‘Reset Password’ to receive confirmation of a successful password change:
Now your password has been changed and is ready for use. You will receive an email “ISB ICT Office – Password Reset Successful” for confirmation.
