Clear your Browser Cache

Many errors and issues can be resolved by deleting the data which your browser has saved in its cache as you browse the Internet. Here is how:

Safari

1. In the Safari menu bar, click the Safari option.
2. Click the Clear History link.
3. In the Clear drop-down menu, select the time range where you want to clear browsing data.
4. Click the Clear History button.

Edge

1.Press the three dot icon in the upper-right. Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and, services… >
2.Choose what to clear. Pick the data and time range.


3.Press Clear now.

Chrome

1. On the browser toolbar, click the Chrome menu icon.
2. Select the Clear browsing data link.
3. In the data drop-down menu, select the time range where you want to clear browsing data.
4. Select the Cookies and other site and plug-in data and Cached images and files checkboxes.
5. Click the Clear Browsing Data button.

Firefox

1. In the Firefox menu bar, click the Firefox option.
2. Select the Preferences link.
3. Click the Privacy tab.
4. Under the History heading, click the clear your recent history link.
5. Select the Cache checkbox.
6. Click the Clear Now button.

Mobile Safari for iOS (iPhone & iPad)

1. From the home screen, Select Settings > Safari.
2. At the bottom of Safari’s settings screen, Select Clear cookies and data or Clear Cookies and Clear Cache.
3. Confirm when prompted.

 

Microsoft’s Edge browser, which is based on Chrome, is ISB’s preferred browser.  You can login with your ISB Dragon Account, and it will synchronize your bookmarks to your account; allowing access to your bookmarks on any device.
