If you have a Microsoft account other than your ISB Dragon Account, when you attempt to login to one of our SSO enabled applications, your browser may try to automatically login with that account. That will result in an error message, as your other account is not authorized to access ISB applications. To overcome this situation, you could:
- Use a different browser.
- Clear your browser cache
- Use ‘incognito’ mode (Chrome), Private window (Safari), or ‘InPrivate’ mode (Microsoft Edge and Chrome)
A more permanent solution is to use browser profiles.
The quickest profile to use is ‘Browse as guest’. This will open a new browser window which does not connect to any prior login account session.
You can create a separate profile, by clicking ‘Add Profile’, which will allow you to change between different profiles and accounts easily. You can see highlighted above; I have a profile for my Dragon Account and my ISB Staff Account. This allows me to work with multiple accounts with ease.
Unfortunately, Safari does not support browser profiles.
