Banning single use plastic is effective way to save our ocean because  many marine life has been kill by plastic debris. Banning single use plastic is very necessary because it could effect our future generations, many countries has been ban single use plastic and was very effective, but banning single use plastic cause people los jobs, because when countries ban single use plastics, many industrial will break down.

First, plastic should be banned because many marine life has been killed by plastic debris, these fishes think red color pieces are food , and they will eat is, when fish eat the plastic, the plastic in the fish will be micro plastic, then we will eat the fish. According to Oceancrasaders, is says its now that there are 5.25 trillion pieces of plastic debris in the ocean, of that mass, 269.000 tons of plastic debris is the ocean, almost half if these has been eating by fish or sea birds. This shows that plastic has been throw to the ocean, not recycled, Another data says that “shoppers worldwide are using approximately 500 billions single use plastics. this translates to about a million bags every minute across the globe or 150 bags a year for every person earth, and the number is rising, this  demonstrates the less people care about plastics pollutions, most of people don’t care, if nobody care about it, the plastic pollution will be bigger and bigger, and it could effect human health.

Secondly many countries have banned single use plastic and it was been very effective . according to a youtube video, it says in “Kenya is one of many African countries to introduce this ban, Rowanda banned bags in 2008, Its capital has been called the cleanest city on the planet, Bangladesh was the first to introduce a ban in 2002, in Europe, many countries prefer to tax bags rather then ban them, in Denmark bags are so expensive, Dares use on average just for a year”. in Kenya, they have arrest about 500 people selling plastic bags on the black market or at shops, people like to use plastic because they are very convenient and cheap.

Some says that banning single use plastic couses people to lose jobs, and they don’t have work to do, but, the environment is move important, people losing jobs plastic could make people die.
