We have been learning about mental health for a long time. and What is mental health? Health is being healthy is when you are safe from injury and illness. Health is divided into two different sections, mentally and physically, physical health is health on the outer layer of your body; being physically healthy means that you are good on the inside and the outside. You can be physically healthy by exercise every day and don’t eat junk food. Then is the second one, mental health, mental health is a person’s condition with regard to their psychological and emotional side. Gaming is bad or good depends on what kind of game you play, and how many time you play, I suggest students go to check with parents before they start to gaming, to see if the game is appropriate for the students and manage a specific time for gaming. Long time gaming can be causing extreme stress to your brain, which is not good for your mental health, It’s better if you take have a rest when you use electronics, maybe you can go on a peaceful little walk. Too much gaming will make you sleepy and unfocused. Then how do we correctly use our time? well we can have an alarm to attention you what do to now, and when to have a rest. To conclude, i think gaming is the most important thing for mental health, but that doesn’t mean people can’t play game, but if u play too much, it will make you very bad, and eat health is also important because if u are not healthy, there is nothing you can do.
