Reading “Trapped”

The book “Trapped” talks about how 33 miners from San Josè survived in a dark, empty and confined environment for 69 days, it also talks about how dangerous the corruption and greed the “people in charge” had.

This book thought me a-lot about spelunking and cave mining, I learnt about how hard it could be to rescue people from extremely violent environments, and what it took for people to survive in it. the book also switches from time to time to talk about other people that got trapped and survived, or didn’t. to the miners trapped 2000 feet below, hope was almost vital to their chances of survival, because when the miners lose hope, they might as well be dead already.

any one that had experienced being trapped would know the story of a plane that crashed in the snow of a icy mountain, the people that survived the crash weren’t in the same team, therefore lead to their lack of progress to survives and find a way home, the copious amount of time the survivors spent lost in the snow was eating away at their mental health, which lead to violent thoughts of desperate attempt for survival, which lead to cannalblbism to their dead peers, partners, and even family.                                                               To the trapped miners, this story was the guide to their survival, it had set all the worst examples for the miners, so the miners did the opposite, they chose a wise leader, made sure they were all in the same side, then planed for food and entertainment to pass time with, and all the other needs for the following mouths, and kept away from even the thought of cannalblbism.

This infographic explains what a Humanist is, it is a religion that dose not believe in higher beings. I also wrote about Secularism, Secularist believes about gods but also does not believe that sinning will change your life in anyways. I then explained  Individualist, Individualists believes in science and anyone in any status can do anything a higher status can do, maybe even better.

I think that i am a Humanist because i do not believe in gods or sins i just sin anyways hahaha.

Sam the Killer

This Found poem is made from the Lamb to Slaughter page 4.

Lamb to Slaughter by Roald Dahi

This poem is a external conflict, but the conflict took place before the poem, so I won’t be able to find a example in the poem. Its external conflict because it’s a murder, and the poem is the crime seen. It’s the killer versus the police man and detectives.                    the conflict is man versus man because it’s a killer versus the police and detectives.

The art work of the knife is representing the murder, and the door frame with blood on it represents the dead body.

my project

This my project, it’s a plate and it’s for getting the soggy juice that came from noodles, and there is two layers, the first layer is the plate, as you can see from the picture, the second and last layer is the plate that is used to get the soggy juice out of you plate so that it doesn’t destroy your noodle, the second plate has holes all over, the holes is enough for the soggy juice to slip down the first layer, and not big enough for the noodle to drop. (I didn’t find the material for the second layer so it didn’t show on the picture

Welcome to Your New Blog!

When you blog you create posts and posts are categorised according to your subject. Some categories have already been set up for you. If you need more categories you can add them as needed. It’s important that your posts have the following:

  • An engaging title – this should not include the name of the subject since this is referenced in the category.
  • Body – this is where you share your learning. This can include text, images, embedded videos from Dragons’ Tube or elsewhere. You should always consider how your post looks to your audience. Is it engaging? Do they want to keep reading?
  • Category – select one that has been set for you or add a new category. Posts can have more than one category e.g. Humanities and Myself as a Learner
