What changed and what did not:
Changes: Fidel Castro was able to fix the laws and tried to benefit majority of people, but not benefiting only individuals with more money. He reformed the new agrarian law and satisfied over 2 million citizens of Cuba. Compared to Batista, Fidel Castro was trying to care all the citizens of Cuba, not just worried about Cuban riches and products from other country.
What did not change: there were some laws that could not be changed because it was too harmful for some individuals or it damages other country and it could cause bad relationship with allied country. Most importantly, there were oppositions to Fidel Castro just as there were oppositions to Batista, which feels like another cycle repeating.
