Found Poem, Disorientated

Disorientated

The found poem was created with the words of page 3,  “Lamb To The  Slaughter“ , by Roald Dani. In the story, “Disorientated”, one night, “she” founded out a shocking news, her husband wanted to leave her! In her mind, thoughts flashed though. Money and house, what would happen to me? But most importantly, she thought about the baby. In frustration and anger , It happened……  ( She killed her husband). In the poem, “she” had a struggle with both her husband and herself. The words of her husband has made her frustrated and scared, it made her lost her sense leading to the actions that happened. In the poem, I used “shock” and ” horror”  to show the impacted of the simple words, she was just frozen there, lost in her thoughts. I also used “to reject it all” to show that she dose not want it to be true and dose not want to accept the reality. In all of those things, In the end if the story/poem, “she”ended up pushing the conflict away by destroying it. The dark background at the back is inferring to the frustration and anger of the woman, and the blood dripping at the top back is inferring to the bloody and impulse action that the woman has committed.
