Dear 8th grade students,

With the flow of time, we will soon enter high school, the learning pressure will also gradually increase, it is important to learn about attention economy and how to manage your time during school or at home.

Attention economics is an approach to the management of information, we should save our attention and energy and use it in the right place. Here are some strategies I want to share to you all, the first strategy is set priorities or using planning tools. Priorities and planning tools separate multiple tasks and distinguish the tasks between what is important and what is not, it helps you to organize your time and know how you can spend your time in your life. The second strategy is to stop procrastinating. Procrastination makes you lazy and wastes your time, this causes you don’t have enough time to do your task or what you want to do, which also leads you to loss the track of time and disorganize your daily life. Stop procrastinating can help you become more diligent and have more free time to do different things. It can also make you more concentrate on doing tasks or works.

The ability to focus and concentrate gives us the opportunity to realize our dreams, explore our abilities, and accomplish everything what we  want to do. Save your energy and use your time wisely in your life to achieve your goals or what you want to do.
