This found poem was created from the short story “Lather and nothing else” by Hernando Tellez on page 3. It shows an internal conflict between the different parts of the barber, where the barber stands as both the protagonist and the antagonist. In page 3 of the story the barber met a special customer, but unluckily the customer that walked in is an enemy of him, and he got into a problem between choosing to kill his enemy and get revenge for his friends, or to treat him like any other customers, providing service for him. The picture on my found poem used a black-and-white color palette, which could well show the violence like killing and murdering. Although at the end the barber chose to control himself and pretended that the enemy didn’t come in and let’s pray that he had made the right choice…
