Quality Education for All

Our film is about SDG 4, Quality Education. My team and I tried to compare the learning environment and resource differences between a normal child and a migrant child. This isn’t just an issue about money. We hope to inspire more people to help make the world fairer.

Echoes of Freedom: A Chronicle of the Cuban Revolution

Hola compañeros camaradas! (Hello fellow comrades!),My name is Miguel Álvarez.
I am an M-26-7 revolution soldier, I was born in Cuba with my sister Daniela Álvarez, as a Cuban middle-class member.
I was extremely dissatisfied when Batista was the prime minister of Cuba so I decided to join the revolution. When I began writing this journal, I invited you, my comrades, to join me in documenting our collective struggle. Let us join together to immortalize our emotions, triumphs, and challenges that determine our journey toward a brighter future for Cuba!

From Dictatorship to Revolution: The Cuban Journey Unveiled

“Patria o Muerte!” (“Homeland or death”). The origin of this motto was derived from a speech by revolutionary leader Fidel Castro to commemorate the workers and soldiers who died in the La Coubre explosion on March 5,1960at the harbor in Havana. This event was the aftermath of the Cuban Revolution that happened from July 26,1953– January 1,1959. In this video we will be talking about some of the key events during and after the Cuban Revolution: Batista seized power with a military coup, Castro on trial, Castro came to power, and the Missile Crisis.

We will also be discussing the question: Was Fidel Castro’s violent uprising worth it?
