I chose a story called ‘Tuesday of the Other June’ by Norma Fox Mazer. The page I’ve chosen for mine is page 3 . The conflict that happens in this poem is both internal and external because for the internal one, according to the top part, it shows that it is a part where June has her own conflict between her and herself because she worries about every Tuesday. The external conflict happens at the bottom part where there’s June M coming to torment June T (the main character) which shows a person vs person conflict. The reason why I drew this artwork is because I thought that this artwork matches well with how June T is feeling in every moments of the book, for example after having a little struggle with June M, she’s having a hard time of June M’s bullying and also trying to avoid Tuesday. For my drawing, the reason why I drew this was because I wanted to show June T’s loness after having a conflict between June M and the reason why I colored at the top was just to make the words more visible.
