“Was a revolution worthy?” This is a question that always accompanies when future generation evaluates a revolution. “Change” and “Continuity” is a key word for evaluating revolution, as it is history by its own. To describe french revolution, a pivotal revolution of human history in late 18th century, ” change in continuity “would be the perfect word; since French revolution is considered as one of the most important revolution that left ideas of liberty and democratic rights as a legacy by setting precedents of overthrowing corrupt and unjust nobles and pursuing freedom, equality, and fraternity.
In my historical fictional journal, the main character , Victor is skeptical to the revolution as he was tired of reign of terror. I would like to portray french revolution from a different perspective of the time of revolution.
I hope you enjoy the journal!
