Murder case (unsolved): Leg of Lamb

Story title: Lamb to the slaghter Author: Roald Dahl.

Conflict: Internal Person vs. Self. Protagonist, Mary Maloney goes through hard time after hearing the antagonist’s notice of break up even though she has a child. Before she hears the notice, she shows her side of caring and loving. However, after hearing the notice, she starts to feel horror, disgust, and evetually enormous anger that cannot be controled which led to murder. Moreover, at first, in page 1,2, and 3, the author shows that Mary Maloney truly serves her husband. After, the author shows that she felt a desire to vomit. I added parts when Mary calls her husband darling, and added the part where she feels disgust and finally kills him to show how she is going through conflict between loving herself and angry herslef. I think this could have cause a large imapct since the author also stated that she SIMPLY walked up to him and killed him. Moreover, the story says that Mary said ‘alright’ after killing her husband. Accordingly, i thing this could be one symtom of dissociative identity disorder. This is the reason why I have put an artwork representing dissociative identity disorder. Moreover, I have put blood to add horror, and added leg of lamb to show the symbol of murder. Furthermore, I added different fonts and color on parts that shows important adverb, adjective, or pharase.

Welcome to Your New Blog!

When you blog you create posts and posts are categorised according to your subject. Some categories have already been set up for you. If you need more categories you can add them as needed. It’s important that your posts have the following:

  • An engaging title – this should not include the name of the subject since this is referenced in the category.
  • Body – this is where you share your learning. This can include text, images, embedded videos from Dragons’ Tube or elsewhere. You should always consider how your post looks to your audience. Is it engaging? Do they want to keep reading?
  • Category – select one that has been set for you or add a new category. Posts can have more than one category e.g. Humanities and Myself as a Learner
