In this set, I wanted to embrace color and motion using various materials and techniques. I used the classic blue and orange as contrasting colors because I felt that it was a perfect combination for both warm and cold colors, The spots in the light came from a plastic strainer i found in our kitchen, which I thought looked like some sort of kaleidoscope once having it over the light, I also chose these 2 colors because blue is a calming color, people tend to feel calmer and more concentrated in an area where its blue, whilst orange tend to enhance creativity and warmth among humans. I focused on techniques such as motion blur to try and capture some movement since that can also create different shades and tones of colors in the shadows, motion blur can also capture many faces like the first picture when having two poses in one photo, which can show different emotions. During the editing phase of this set, I mainly focused on the first photo because I was pretty fascinated by the results of turning it more saturated and defined, I saw that all of the details that I wanted to capture were there and I was very proud.
