the reason I chose this picture is because there is not just 1 object to focus on but many. and in the center of the photo there is a mask that is broken and the paint is very dried up and falling . and on the side there is a camera and you can see the number on the camera very clearly
Michael’s face in the picture looks very strange the contrast of the room and his face look very warm and the background around him is blurry and is distracting from the main object . The light is not optimal
I used the reflection of the water to give a scene of disturbance and it looks as if the pool is very deep and just as if the picture was blended as you can see the glass window and what’s outside and the APAC banners
this photo doesn’t have any visual lines leading the eye and the image is in black and white which is reducing the contrast between all the screws. There is no focus in the image
The horizon line is placed very low causing it to have a lack of focal point, the background looks very blurry and the meaning of the picture is not clear
The phot is not in focus, it looks like the man is on the left and with the bushes in the cart it looks as if they are sticking out of him. The brightness of the basketball hoop is also causing foreshadowing the shadow
The main subject looks like the phone but the flags make it confusing and it’s breaking the rule of thirds.The flag in the background could be leading lines, but they aren’t effectively utilized. the lighting causes the photo to look flat
The lighting is flat and lacks contrast. The leading line isn’t visible and the composition of this picture looks unbalanced. it also is breaking the rule of thirds
In 1967 John Baldessari exhibited his ‘wrong’ series. He wanted to capture the essence of pictures that looked wrong and broke the rules o photography. When you first look at this photo you might see many disturbing things for example the picture is in black and white, and the palm tree looks as if it is sticking out of the mans head and the pine leaves that are popping out on the left side of the photo and the car that is on the write and you can only see it from the side.. The contrast of this photo is off, it is braking the rule of thirds and the picture looks very blurry which makes you unable to see the picture in it’s full.
