This found poem was created by me. In the story “My Side of the Story“, Adam Bagdasarian faces the Scotch-tape conflict with his 14-year-old brother, who he can torment his little brother at his will.  He also faces the “running into the rooms screaming” conflict with his dad. On the other hand, the author can understand the part where screaming, whining, mother dependence, not knocking on closed doors, and startling one’s father were serious crime. But, he could not understand the part where his brother put Scotch-tape on his head, who had started this whole conflict. For example, at the final paragraph, it explains that the author can understand the “screaming and running into rooms” problem. It also explains why the author didn’t understand was about the brother-putting-scotch-tape problem.
